1. You may request to cancel your order only before it has been dispatched from our facility.
2. For faster processing, we recommend raising cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order.

3. Orders Already Dispatched

Once your order has been dispatched or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Since our products are homemade food items prepared in small batches, we are unable to recall or cancel orders in transit.
